Purdy Home House Rules

  • Checkout is 11am sharp to avoid fees.
  • Late fees are $60 for the first two hours. After 1pm, a full booking rate penalty will be collected. Trespassers will be removed after 4pm.
  • Friends of the owner or locals must get approval prior to booking a reservation.
  • Customer’s must maintain a working validated mobile phone number with AirBnB.
  • Park in the driveway, not the grass or garage.
  • Access to the property via the Yale deadbolt lock pad only.
  • Do not lock the exterior doorknob locks.
  • Interior doors locked with key or smart locks are off-limit areas.
  • Garage parking is prohibited.
  • Video monitoring of the property and key access points is occurring.
  • Do not tamper, unplug, or interfere with the placed cameras.
  • The private areas of the house are free from monitoring.
  • Do not install or leave monitoring devices in the house.
  • Smoking/Vaping is NOT allowed in the house, garage, lanai, front yard, garage side yard or pool areas.
  • Smoking IS permitted in the garden sitting area. Place all butts in the ashtray/ash device.
  • Parties, events, or photo/video shoots are NOT permitted. There are no exceptions.
  • Only AirBnB registered number of guests are allowed on the property.
  • The property has a limit of 8 people.
  • House is being monitored for sound levels and number of guests.
  • Quiet time in the neighborhood is from 10pm to 6am.
  • Washer and Dryer is free of charge. If you wash excessive dirty items, please run the washer through the cleaning cycle after your loads.
  • At the end of your stay, please place all towels into the washer and run. Do not use bleach.
  • No food or beverage is allowed in the bedrooms or bathrooms.
  • All food areas used must be cleaned after each “meal” event.
  • At the end or your stay, please place all provided dishes, cooking implements and utensils in the dishwasher.
  • Run the dishwasher with provided dishwasher pods only.
  • The kitchen sink disposal is only for accidental food products.
  • Waste food products and grease should use the kitchen garbage. Do not flush or place this in the drain.
  • The house does have a septic system. Do not flush anything beyond organic body waste and toilet paper.
  • Stains from any source on the property will incur a damage fee.
  • Any missing/broken items will incur a replacement fee.
  • Excessively dirty house will incur a damage fee.
  • If you use the Barbeque, please make sure it is turned off after use and that you clean up the grill.
  • Please use the waste baskets and kitchen for any garbage and recycling.
  • At the end of your stay, please remove the garbage and recycling and place these into the bins on the side of the garage. Green=trash, Yellow=Recycle
  • If you are staying from Wednesday to Thursday, please place the bins at the end of the driveway Wednesday night. Thank you for helping keep things clean.
  • There is no lifeguard on premises. Use the pool at your own risk.
  • Please dry off before entering the house or on the outdoor carpet.
  • The pool is cleaned Wednesday morning. The pool is officially closed on Wednesday morning from cleaning until 3pm due to possible chemical imbalance.
  • The pool is deep. Please keep an eye on your children.
  • No running in the pool area.
  • No glass in the pool area.
  • No P in the ool area.
  • No diving into the pool.
  • The canal has crocodiles.
  • The boat dock requires you to contact the host prior to using the lift for additional instructions.
  • The canoe is private property and not part of the listing.
  • The boat ramp is NOT a launch ramp. You will damage your boat, vehicle and property. You will be charged for damages.
  • Clean up after your pets.
  • Pets can use the fenced area. Clean up after your pets.
  • Damage by pets will incur a damage fee.
  • We do not permit the pets on the furniture or beds. This is considered damage to the property for future guests.
  • When leaving the property, please make sure the rear sliding doors are locked. Do not lock door handles or screen doors in the pool.
  • Please turn off all lights when leaving the property.
  • If something is damaged or broken, contact the host immediately. This is the best way to mitigate possible damage charges.
